sierracharts keeps going on simulation by itself

I cant take any trade because the chart keeps switching to simulation on its own.

Your File >> Data/Trade Settings >> Current Selected Service is set to SC Data - All Services. Therefore, the system does not know anything about your trading account and only allows you to trade in Simulation.
