I'm not sure I'm even using the VIX data through Denali. When I go into "Data/Trade Service Settings" it says "CQG WebAPI". So is this VIX data coming from CQG, or from Denali? I'd hate to be paying for it twice, one from Denali and one from CQG. Thank you.

If the setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Common Settings >> Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds is set to Yes, then whatever data you have active from Sierra Chart is the data you are getting from Sierra Chart. In your case, you are signed up to get the following from us: - CFE Market Depth for professionals In order to change to the Non-Professional exchange, you will need to fill out the Exchange Agreements for the CFE data. You can access these here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=ExchangeAgreements_CFE You should ensure that you are also not getting the data from CQG and discontinue that data. I just checked with CQG and I am getting CFE data from them. That's where I'm getting my data for the other exchanges, so I think it would be cleanest to turn off the TT CFE data. Once I deactivate the Sierra TT feed how do I ensure the CQG feed takes its place? Thank you.

You can turn off the data from us by changing your package to Package 3. You will then get all your data from CQG.
