Hello Sierra. I'm relatively new here, and use FlexRenko price bars for trading NQ futures. I'm looking for a Study which will help me measure & see the Speed at which the Renko price bars are being created. I've looked around on various Sierra Forums, but haven't found anything yet.

Background: At the start of the Regular NY trading session, there is a natural surge in trades & volume, making the Renko bars appear very quickly, making the initial few minutes untradable. Sometimes it takes 15-20 minutes for the surge to calm down and for the Renko bars to appear at a pace at which they are tradable. On other days it can take up to an hour or more. Hence, rather than just eyeballing it, I'm looking for an objective Study which will help me see when the Speed of the bars has dropped down to a level at which it is tradable.

Output 1: Perhaps there is a study which can measure & display the number of Renko bars being formed in the last rolling 1 minute? Ideally if this can be displayed as a number on the screen.

Output 2: Is there a study which can display the above as a sub-graph line for historic bars too? This will really help with Backtesting.

Alternative: If these studies don't exist yet, but if there's a way to create them using other existing studies & a simple formula , please do suggest any ideas.

Many thanks in advance.
