In order to use the Numbers Bars, you will eventually need to be on Package 5. Right now, you are on a Trial, and that gives you the equivalent functionality of Package 5, so you are fine until your trial ends on June 22. If you do not need real-time data for the equities, then you do not need to do anything further. The U.S. Equities are delayed, so they will update every 20 minutes or so (depending on your setting for File >> Data/Trade Service Settings >> Intraday Download Interval for Non-Real-time Symbols) and be within 15 minutes of the market. If, however, you do want/need to have real-time data, then you would want to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and activate the U.S. Equities exchange.
