Hello, i am not receiving real-time feed from GLBX, which is what i have paid for. When i open my charts, i receive the following message: "Symbol is unknown. Click for symbol information. Already subscribed to symbol. New subscription rejected." Not sure what this means or how to resolve issue.

Typically the message you are getting happens when you have a mix of symbols for the same instrument (such as EMS21 and ESM21-CME). Open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. That should take care of it for you. If not, then please let us know.
