Urgent: the current version fails to install -- no historical data

Hello,
When installing the latest version, i get this message:
Error saving files to the local system.

i have sent you log files.

i have tried several times. it always fails.

Right now SC is not functioning with your historical data change. Please fix it right away

From your installer log:
Failed to create folder: C:\Users\na\Desktop\sc trading 032521\SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\. Windows error code 5: Access is denied.

You do not have permission to create the folder in the location that you are trying to install to. Refer to the following information:

We do not know what you are referring to in terms of historical data. You are setup to get your data from your connected service (it looks like this is Interactive Brokers). Keep in mind, that we are not subsidizing the IB historical data since late December. So you would be only getting what historical data is available from IB.
