unable to update sierra charts

Please can u check if my system needs update? I tried downloading the latest sierra charts and couldn't install it. I have just paid for package 11 and livedata feed and i have a message saying i have to install the latest version. I am comfused thank you |

It looks like you are currently on the most recent release, so let us know if you are still having an issue and if you are the particulars for the problem.
