Can't get the market by order data to work on my rithmic order routing

I cannot figure out how to get the market by order and full market depth data when I reconnect on my rithmic trading server. It only works when I'm connected directly to the SC server. This was working fine before and now I am paying for a level 12 service that I'm not getting anymore. I followed all the instructions on the support board. Please help I can't figure it out.
