Once you have expanded a profile by right-clicking to bring up the context menu, and selecting "Letters/Blocks in Own Column" the profile does not collapse when you uncheck this selection. Steps to Reproduce 1. Bring up a TPO Profile chart. 2. Right click on a profile, and select "Letters/Blocks In Own Column". The profile expands. 3. Right click again, on the same profile, and UNSELECT "Letters/Blocks in Own Column". The profile does not collapse. The only way to collapse the profile is to right click and select "Reset All Profiles to Standard Profile". Now I have to go back and fix every profile I did NOT want collapsed. Chart file is attached. *** NOTE: This does not happen on all TPO charts. It does on the one I have attached. I have several others that work. I am running the latest version of Sierra. What is the particular chart number, and what is the date of the TPO profile, this occurs with. We are unable to reproduce.

Sorry, I am out of town and not near my desk. It's the daily profile chart (not the weekly or monthly). It was doing it on Fridays profile I am certain. I thought I tried one other day and it did it as well. I have a group of people that I trade with and a few of them were having this issue Friday is how I found it. Some of us were having the problem, and others were not. |

I also have the same problem, I have several market profile charts in my workbook with different tick or time intervals. The only one that does this is the 30 min #7 chart. I found that if I copy one of the other time interval market profiles, eg. 2 tick configuration and copy it (then I have to readjust the ticks and other studies from the two ticks to one tick). Then I have to adjust "copy chart drawings in advanced settings 2. Eventually this newly copied chart with adjustments will have the same problem, couple day or so. This has happened about 2 or 3 times already. At this time chart #7 has the problem. Let me know if I can further assist you. Thank You, |
