Confused About Rithmic

I don't visit the support board often so I am a bit confused about Rithmic. I thought it was no longer going to be supported but after reading some posts here I'm just not sure. I receive Rithmic through AMP and would like to use their data. Will I be able to do that once the issues with them are resolved or am I reading things wrong? My understanding is whatever the problem is, it is once again coming from their end which is not surprising.

We stopped technical support for Rithmic a long time ago. But Rithmic decided to implement a new interface for us, and we have worked with them to validate the interface and that it will work for us. So once that new interface is available, we will support it and hence support Rithmic again.

But, we are still waiting on Rithmic to release the new interface. We keep hoping that it will be soon, but that is all we can say. It is up to them at this point.
