Changing from AMP CQG to Denali data

hello , last month I changed to denali .every thing with my Eurex data FGBL was in order , but now I have only delayed data .Why?
can you bring this in order for me .because I have money on my account till April 2022.

You do not currently have the EUREX exchange active. This needs to be done here:

And you need to add more credit to your account to pay for the exchange fee:

I payed for 6month and now I shall renew my eurex denali. and there are only 8.2$ on account.
can you please open my data for next 5month which I payed already
