You have hidden the symbol from the top line of the chart, so it makes it difficult to know what we are looking at and whether you are using the Continuous Futures Contract feature. The symbol can be added through Global Settings >> Customize Chart Header.

Without knowing too much about this, we recommend selecting Edit >> Delete All Data and Download.
