I logged into cqg with the credentials of my live trading account the top left says "Sierra chart 2250 CQGwebAPI 2021-06-02 we [SIM] DF:53 ST:0, 0"
Its logging in SIM
not live trading is that OK?

That is not a problem. That just means that your Sierra Chart is in Simulation mode, you are not logging into the Simulated server for CQG. You are still making a connection to your live trading account. We have verified that you have updated your trading account verification to July 2, 2021.
