Good afternoon, I am testing your demo platform before purchasing the license. I am seeing that it is 15 minutes behind the real time on the chart, is this normal? Thank you.

What you are seeing is normal as you must be getting the Delayed Streaming data. This is included with a Sierra Chart trial and any package. It allows you to test and work with Sierra Chart using real data that is 10-15 minutes delayed (depending on exchange) without having to pay for real-time data. If you are interested in Real-Time futures data, then let us know what exchanges you want the data and we can point you to the proper instructions from there.
