I'm sure todays message on charts "Symbol Expired. Click to Perform Rollover" is just an oversight as today is rollover not expiry.

The link you gave very clearly lists 2014-3-13 as the rollover date for CME equity futures.

I sincerely thought I was helping you catch an error that could throw some people off.

Your chart message says "Symbol Expired..." Expiry is next Friday (eight days from today).

Sorry you (SC) thought this thread should not have been posted.

OK I think we understand what you are trying to say. May be "Expired" is not the proper terminology here. We had not thought of that. Clearly it is not the correct term.

Originally that message indicated that the contract was actually totally expired and then once we added rollover rules to Sierra Chart that message also displays when a rollover should occur.

so we will say something like "symbol needs to be rolled over". Something to that affect.
