i have read thread mentioning this same issue i am having. they recommended to turn Remote Buffer Delay Send Time to 20ms and this seemed to help the guy fix his issue which is same as i am trying to describe. can you please tell me what settings to adjust so that i can get 20ms delay not 150ms (guess) update rates so my charts and time and sales are moving smoothly and not4x a second? |

The item you are looking for is the Chart Update Interval. Refer to the information here: Chart Settings: Chart Update Interval in Milliseconds (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Display >> Chart Update Interval menu) But, we do not recommend setting this to a value of 20ms. That is a lot of updating for the entire system. Also note, the Time and Sales Window does not use this update interval, it is a real-time display.
