Support, I've attempted to add email alerts to jjtopper@earthlink.net and the system message said to contact you with the above message. Please help. Thanks, Joshua |

Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. If earthlink.net is blocking our emails, which is how the alerts are sent, then they are being blocked. The only thing we would recommend would be to get a different email provider. Even if you just use it for the Alerts.
