Good morning i am having trouble importing shared chartbooks and studies. I download them and then put them into the sierra charts data file but for some reason they are not in my sierra charts is there a certain setting i need to turn on to receive these chartbooks and studies? thank you

We do not understand what you mean by "...they are not in my sierra charts...". We assume that you mean that they are not showing up when you select File >> Open Chartbook. If that is the case, then make sure they have the correct extension. The files need to have the file extension of .Cht. Also, make sure they are in the correct location. Refer to the following instructions starting at Step #7: Chartbooks (Workspaces): Sharing a Chartbook with Another User or Copying it to Another Installation Otherwise, we do not know what may be the case and we would need more information on what exactly is happening.
