I just made a payment to Sierra to receive Denali Data feed when I wasn't receiving real-time data because my account balance was too low. I made a payment and I'm still not receiving real-time data.

We do not see any issues with your account at this time, and your Denali Exchange Data Feed is all setup properly. Let us know if you are still having a problem getting the data.

Yes my Denali Exchange data is connected but the price is not changing, none of that order flow is updating and DOM ladder is empty - there are no contracts at any of the prices

A message log keeps popping up that says SC Data - All Services - Disconnected from the Server. Data feed disconnected. Will reconnect in 2 seconds
