It seems to be specific to some users. We should have it resolved for you in no later than 30 minutes. For now could you switch to your brokers data by disabling "global settings >> data/trade service settings >> allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds". Enable the "global settings >> data/trade service settings >> allow support for Sierra Chart data feeds" option. Reconnect to the data feed using the Disconnect and Connect commands on the File menu.
