Problem with connection

Hi,

I have problem with connection. I have level 3, paid for 1 year. User name "gelovenehtydoma".

My internet provider changed IP address so I can connect to Sierra, but cannot see data of markets after yeasterday. Could you help me? My new IP is 188.175.25.135

I have tried it again. Probably there is no problem with IP as I thought, but with connection to data. When I done on "Data/Trade service settings" - SC Forex data - there is no problm to download data, but when I done "SC historical data" and try to done NQH4 or another e-minis it dosnt download new data. I have noticed this problem have another traders
