Hi All,
I have activated real-time datafeed Denali and EUREX via Sierrachart. Now I wanted to add the European CBOE Equities for non-prof feed for $5.25 per month but I am forced to add first a SC Real-time connection for another $25/month. If I have already subscribed for the Denali and the EUREX feed and I just want to add CBOE Equities why do I need to pay for another SC real-time connection? I would have to pay another $25 + $5.25 just to get that CBOE Europe Equity feed - is this correct? Just trying to avoid paying multiple times for the same thing. Please let me know. Thanks

It is necessary for you to pay the $25.00 for the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed fee in addition to the exchange fee.

We maintain two separate data feeds at this point, and each has it's own set of costs for us to maintain. Therefore, we charge the specific fees for the data feeds themselves in order to cover those costs.

Thanks for clarifying John.

As a follow-up question: Since I want to have my stock sierra chart instance separate from futures I would need to run another SC installation on the same PC. However I do run already 4 different installations. Can you confirm that as long as I do not tick the box "allow Support for SIerra Chart Data Feeds" I can run as many SC installations with delayed SC data as I want? And for the new installation with the stocks (CBOE EUROPE) I will have to tick "Allow Support for Sierra Chart Data Feeds" so it will be the second installation with real-time SC feed which should be fine right?
Thank you again

This is correct.

It will be fine, but not exactly for the reason you state. As long as you are accessing the Futures in one installation and the stocks in another, then each data feed is only going to one installation, so each only sees the one installation.
