Problem in logging into Sierra Chart Support Board

You are not having a problem logging into the Sierra Chart Support Board, as you have done this since you posted this message.

Your problem is that when you try to install Sierra Chart, Microsoft is telling you that the software is not signed and therefore could harm your machine. It is true that we do not have a code signing certificate, although we are working on it, therefore the message from Microsoft is partially correct. But, our software will not harm your machine, as can be testified by all of our other users.

When you get that message, you can typically select a button, or link at the bottom that says "Continue Anyway", or "What's the Harm", or something along those lines. Selecting that option will eventually allow you to go ahead with the installation against Microsoft's warnings.

There are some times, where the option is never given to go ahead and install. If this is your case, then you can either relax your security settings for a bit to get it installed, or you can use the Zip installer, which can be found here:
