I am in the free trial portion of my subscription. I can not get the platform to load the emini's. I found the new format for symbols and tried that but get an error message saying unavailable at this time. The symbol look up also does not show the emini's just the full size dow and sandp etc. The charts come up for this and my green connection light is on. What am I missing.
