Basic Trading and the Trade Window: Main/C >> Trade Account (Selecting Trade Account for Chart / Trade DOM) explains how to choose between 2 trading services. I am however not able to figure out how to set them up first. If I set the trading service as cqg, I only see my amp a/c number in the "trade window". If I set the trading service as ib, I only see my ib a/c number in the "trade window".

What I would like to really do is this: one single instance that gets data from denali when possible, from cqg or ib when not possible, and routes the order to where I choose from each chart's trade window.

If this is possible, can you please give me directions on how to set up multiple instances (I would prefer not to have sub instances) and some dtc server secret sauce perhaps. I mean there are so much explained in your help pages and so many posts in support board but I could never figure out how to do this particular scenario. I would really like to have one instance where I can pull up futures (whether data is supported by denali or cqg or ib), pull up stocks (100% dependent on ib for historical/streaming data) and send orders to either cqg/amp or ib. And I can run any number of other instances in the same machine, however configured, that I start and never really look at. Can we?

No, you can not do what you are asking in the exact way that you want. You can not have 1 single installation that is connected to both CQG and IB at the same time. Sierra Chart is not setup to do this.

What you would need to do is to have 2 installations of Sierra Chart on the same computer and have one connected to CQG and the other connected to IB. For information on how to install a second Sierra Chart, refer to the following:
Using Multiple Data and Trading Services at the Same Time: Step-By-Step Instructions to Install Multiple Copies of Sierra Chart

Note that there are no extra fees to do this, nor do you need a second Sierra Chart account. You will still login to both instances using the same Sierra Chart account name and password.

In case, you need them, the Setup Instructions for CQG is here:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

And the Setup Instructions for IB is here:
Interactive Brokers Trading Service: Setup Instructions
For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service:
