Hello,

I have two Sierra accounts; this one through Dorman Trading and another at AMP. I experienced some data issues recently at AMP (through CQG) and decided to try the Denali Exchange through Dorman.

Over the past few weeks I kept receiving notices when I opened Sierra that I had a low account balance. I would log in an make a payment, assuming I missed something but not really digging into why. A day or so later the low balance notice comes back. Obviously I missed something in the fee explanation. I did some searching and I believe I have figured out that in addition to the $36.00 monthly package 10 (which includes Denali data) there is an order fill fee of $0.10 per contract per side, $0.20 Round Trip?

If that is accurate, is there a way to have that expense linked to my trading account? My contract volume varies and having it automatically deducted is simpler accounting.

If the Clearing Firm / Introducing Broker is correct please click "Request Order Fill Billing through my Trading Account", then we wait for your Clearing Firm / Introducing Broker to confirm, and when they confirm you are done.
