You did not activate an exchange with Market Depth data. In order to get the Market Depth, you need to activate an exchange that has the Market Depth as part of it. For example, if you want the entire CME Group with Market Depth, then you would need to activate this exchange: - Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts: $31.25 There are also options for each exchange individually, if you only need Market Depth for one or two exchanges. But once you need at least 3, you are better off just getting the entire CME Group. Just be aware, the exchanges do not give refunds, so any exchanges you already have activated will not be refunded if you deactivate them. Nor are the exchanges pro-rated, so you will need to pay the full amount for the month, regardless of when you activate it within the month, you will then pay the full amount again on the first day of the following month. Therefore, you may want to consider when to activate/deactivate exchanges relative to the beginning of the month.
