Hello,

This does not appear to be working now (behavior observed in build version 2247 and 2256)
Chart Settings: Use Left Side Scale (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale menu)

I have many chartbooks set up using the left side scale where I had Study A controlling the left side scale and Study B controlling the right side scale for a chart region. When I bring up the chartbooks now, they all show the same scale on the left and right side.

As a test just now, I created a new chart with just 2 studies and can not do any study order and/or study scale range setting combinations that will result in different values showing in the left versus right hand scales. Thank You.

We just did a test and are not seeing any issues. Do you have the study that is set to "Use Left Side Scale" set to a scaling of "Independent"?

And is the study set to be in Region 1?

In the Scale Settings window, there is a Use In Left Side Scale option you will need to enable for any study that needs to use the left side scale. Refer to:

Oh wow. I see that "Use In Left Side Scale" option now under the study's Scale Settings window now. That is a relatively new option/update correct? Previous, the left side scale was determined by the study order hierarchy as described in: Chart Settings: Use Left Side Scale (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Scale menu) "The left side scale range and Value Format, for a Chart Region, comes from the first encountered study in the Chart Region that has an Independent, Constant Range or User Defined Scale Range type. If there is no study in the Chart Region that has one of these Scale Range types..."

I believe those instructions are outdated now. Thank You.

Yes, the "Use in Left Side Scale" is about 3 months old. There were too many issues with the way it was working previously, so this was the solution - to allow the user to specify which study would use that left side scale. Sorry we did not update that part of the documentation. We will take care of that.
