[Programming Help] - Window Made Using Win API not Working

I made study in which there is a Window made using Win API that contains a Button that Enable/Disables the Trade. When that study is applied to different Chart their comes 2 windows as expected but disabling the trade of one chart also disables the trade on the other chart.
