Logging into sierra charts

I couldn't log into my account because it reverted me back to my old CQG account but since then...I can log into my account under SC Data - All Services but I'm not able to trade because my account balance only shows $20 which is wrong since my recent deposit to AMP Trading that I have a conformation notice to prove the deposit.

I have not had any issues with trading or data since I updated to Denali about 3 months ago...until last week. I have updated to the latest version 2253 this morning also.

From what you are saying, we infer that you need to connect your Sierra Chart to your CQG account with AMP. To do this follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

Just make sure you enter the correct Username and Password for your CQG account when it tells you to.

After you finish the above, you will want to open your Chartbooks and select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will update your symbols to the CQG symbols.

Under the current selected service list there is not an option to select AMP Trading. Ever since the beginning of May I have not been able to trade on sierra charts with AMP as my trading service. WHY????
