Hello, I've attempted to follow direction on this but still having issues. I know there are similar questions in support but those also failed. I've tried the new instance method without success, at this time my setup is as follows and the desired outcome: - Main SC install - Denali with CME trading; set to SC/TT Futures Order Routing - 2nd SC install - Nasdaq data feed along with Binance if possible; set to SC Data - All Services The 2nd install shows the [M] for Binance data but Nasdaq symbols are delayed and without the [M]. |

To do what you are wanting you need to have two separate installations of Sierra Chart. You can not make it work with the Sub-Instance. Correct I've followed those directions, that is how I currently have my installations setup. Main install, plus additional install at c:\SierraChart2 and setup with the correct (separate) data file. The second install is not getting realtime data from Nasdaq while using SC Data - All Services. As far as I can tell, I've followed all directions here as well: Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed |

The first, and main issue, is that you have activated the NASDAQ Indices exchange and not the U.S. Equities. To get the stock data you need the U.S. Equities. We apologize up front, but we can not give refunds for the the wrong exchanges. The exchange fees go straight to the exchanges and they do not give refunds. The one other thing to be aware of is that you can not get data in two instances of Sierra Chart from the same Data Feed. So you want to ensure that you do not have any stock charts open in your install for your Futures.
