Dear All, I have applied for Real time data package for 35 USD (and got approved) before 1st March 2014. I am still receiving delayed data by 13 min for e.g. NQ, YM. Also Window -> Current quote window shows 0 changes. Could you help me, please? Thanks a lot. Thank you a lot. I did following: 1) Installed 2 copies of SC - one for trading set up with Interactive Brokers, one for data service provided by SC. Now I hesitate whether to select SC Historical data (delayed and no market depth) or SC Forex Data (this one doesn't provide futures data)? 2) Set up administrator level of operating both installations 3) Set up data sourcing - symbol [R] in version, where is IB trading set up I still see delayed data for futures and no market depth. Please advice me. Thanks |
