Hi, I was able to view Emini fine up to last week, I have renewed and paid the subscription as requested but I still can't view charts for the Emini (ESM21) - Is there something I need to do for this to work again? thanks

Are you expecting Real-Time or Delayed data?

You should be getting the Delayed data. We are assuming that you are stating that you are not even getting the delayed data.

The first thing we want you to do is to select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service. This will ensure that the symbols you are using are the correct ones for the service you have selected (which appears to be SC Data - All Services).

Let us know if you have issues after you perform the above.
