Hi
I do read your board about the direct routing since a while, but now have to come to the point where I have to ask for a timeline so I can work and arrange with that.
I mean you must have a plan and timeframe in when you will be able to provide the routing service.
I have to apply it to my needs or may let you build up CQG for my account. I really dont want to waste any ones time. This is why I havent chosen any new service yet.
Can you plaese give an aproximate date when this service is ready for sierra customers ?
I hope you understand the uncertainty you let us in.

You sell your software with data feed via third party companies and you can't even guarantee it.
then they recommend me to choose CQG as order routing although you explicitly advised against that in another threed.
you then pass all responsibility on to your business partners

not even a recommendation how to bridge your interene business disputes you give us

can you only write code or what is actually going on with you ?

We do not give approximate dates. We know how these things work, where you want to get it done by a particular date, but then things happen that are not fully in your control, so the dates slip and change. And when you have told people that it will be done by a certain date, then they get upset that you did not get it out by the promised date.

Therefore, we will NOT give a date for when we expect it to be done.

The best information available is in the sticky post. There is no point in asking for more information, as we will not provide it.
