Somehow my account was switched to "professional" from "non professional". I connected to SC data feed to verify I have a funded account. Once I switched back to CQG Now all my data is delayed. Im using AMP thru CQG routing only. I have a funded account and all my Account services thru SC are set to renew on the 15 of this month.

Im hoping someone can help me fix this. I made sure I filled all the appropriate forms but uncertain why I would be changed to a "Pro account"

Is anyone able to help? I did see that somehow a non professional agreement was now showing and I just filled it out. Even tho Ive previously already filled out the form.

You are not filling out the Uniform Subscriber Agreement correctly. You need to enter your Broker or FCM information where it asks for Clearing Firm. In your case, just enter "AMP".

Please fill this out again along with the CME Non-Professional Certification. You can access the agreements on this page:

Thank you for the assist. I did file out the form and put amp but it still shows professional. Do i just need to wait?
