The only help we can give you is to make sure that you have the latest bridge files in the appropriate location on your system. You will find the information for this here:

Other than that, we do not give any technical support for Rithmic.

We are hoping to have their new interface available soon, which will change the situation. But until then, the above is the best we can offer.

There is a new Rithmic interface available. To use it, you need to be on Package 10 or higher. Refer to the Setup Instructions here:

I'm trying to connect via Rithmic following the guide https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Rithmic.php#SetupInstructions

I have Package 11 and Sierra version 2288 (64bit)

There are 2 options. Rithmic Direct DTC and Rithmic Trading. I tried the Rithmic Trading with my credentials but it didn't work. When I tried Rithmic Direct, the server list is empty. Is there anything I can do to show the server list?

The instructions at Step #7 tell you to exit from the Data/Trade Service Settings after selecting "Rithmic Direct DTC" for the service. Then you will open the page again and the Server List will be populated.
