Sorry if this is a dumb question but I have been looking on your documentation and can not find an answer.

I have an issue on simulation that the open profit or loss tick size does not match with real tick size, of course this does not happen on live.

For example on the picture I have an open profit of 84 ticks but I know with the chart calculator they are only 30 ticks aprox.

This does not happens when I trade live.

Once again sorry if this is newbie question.

You have a quantity of 3. 3 x 27 = 81. Therefore, at the time of the image, the price difference must have been 27 ticks.

Sorry about that.

However

How can I configure it to show me only the market tick size so later I do the conversion depending on the contract amount?

Once again sorry

Set the Chart >> Chart Settings >> Advanced Settings >> Profit/Loss Format to Ticks - Ignore Quantity. Refer to the following:
Chart Settings: Profit/Loss Format (List) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Trading menu)
