Hello I recently renewed my monthly subscription for Sierra Chart on 4.24.21 and I received a message saying that my subscription would expire on 5.4.21 can you help me understand why. I thought that I had a month of service that would only be about 2 weeks.

You have multiple accounts with us and you have put funds into the wrong accounts.

We tried calling but just got voicemail.

We do have some questions about these accounts, so let us know when would be a good time for us to call.

Called and talked to customer and explained that they had put funds into the wrong account.

The customer logs into his Sierra Chart using the AC****** account, and we explained that he should continue to just use that account going forward.

We have removed all the other accounts and moved any Usage Time and funds from his other accounts to the one AC****** account.
