If I'm backtesting manually on a [Sim] account, how do I view and export the backtesting statistics that you would normally see for a live account? I can see and access the data for live accounts, but the trade activity log is blank when I'm backtesting using the 'Replay Chart' on a sim account.

Trade Statistics are definitely supported for simulated accounts. Refer to: Trade Activity Log: Trade Statistics Tab You may have a setting incorrect or perhaps the fill data has been cleared.
