Hello,

I was wondering how the payment would work if I activate a different data feed exchange.
I want to use the "CME with Market Depth for nonprofessional Trading accounts" exchange (10.4 USD / month) instead of the one that I have activated currently.
I know that the payments are made at the start of each month.
If I make the payment now, would I be re-charged again next week (start of May)?
If so, is there a way to activate the new exchange so that I am not charged more than 10.40 next month?
I am worried I will be charged 10.40 plus the price of the current exchange price.

Thank you.

Yes, you would.

Do the following to avoid being overcharged:

1. Select the following link and login to the website (if necessary) using the same Sierra Chart Account Name and Password that you use to login to the software:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

2. Scroll down the page and find the exchange that you have currently activated (Full CME Group (CME, CBOT, COMEX, NYMEX) for nonprofessional Trading accounts). Select the button that states "Deactivate" in the row for that data feed.

This will set the exchange to NOT renew, but it does not actually stop the data. The data will stop at the end of the month, since you have already paid for it.

Whenever you get going with your trading on (or after) May 1, 2021, do the following:
3. Select the following link to go to the exchanges again:
https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed

4. Select the Activate button in the row for whichever exchange(s) you want to make active.
