Hi I'm really struggling to have Sierra recognize the money in my AMP account, I have it set up with AMP for CGQ Routing only which I understand it the right setting to trade through Sierra On Sierra I have it on SC data - All Services I get the live data but I cannot see the trade account balance and hence unable to place any trades. What am I doing wrong and can I speak to a human rather, you previously said that you would be happy to give us 5-10 minutes remote support but though I keep asking for this it doesn't seem to be honored. Please assist me because I'm starting to get frustrated |

To do this, follow these instructions: CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions When you complete the above, then open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change the symbols to CQG symbols.
