Hi

I'm really struggling to have Sierra recognize the money in my AMP account, I have it set up with AMP for CGQ Routing only which I understand it the right setting to trade through Sierra
On Sierra I have it on SC data - All Services

I get the live data but I cannot see the trade account balance and hence unable to place any trades. What am I doing wrong and can I speak to a human rather, you previously said that you would be happy to give us 5-10 minutes remote support but though I keep asking for this it doesn't seem to be honored.

Please assist me because I'm starting to get frustrated

But, your issue is simply that you have not setup the connection between your Sierra Chart software and CQG. To do this, follow these instructions:
CQG Trading Platform Service: Setup Instructions

When you complete the above, then open your Chartbooks and then select Edit >> Translate Symbols to Current Service to change the symbols to CQG symbols.
