On startup, SC tells me "You have 1 updated Account Support Ticket(s)." When I click the link, it looks to me like all my support tickets are resolved. Am I missing something or is this an error?

I have now updated / renewed my service level and activated the cheaper CME non-pro. I am still seeing the message when starting SC.

This means that there is a ticket that was responded to by us but you have not opened yet.
I can see that you have marked a number of tickets are resolved. Let us know if you are still seeing the notice.
