Hello You don't understand me and my problem. if I enter into a futures contract I have to exit the contract after making a profit. How to do it? Flatten and Cancel and Cancel all do not exit the contract. Bogdan Nominaniuk (39323) |

Are you getting an error in your Trade Service Log after you select Flatten to close the position? If so, we need to see what it states. Refer to the following: Trading Information Windows: Trade Service Log Also, refer to the following, which may be the issue you are having: Global Trade Settings Windows: Hold Market Order Until Pending Cancel Orders Are Confirmed (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General) For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

The Trade Service Log is not attached. Can you please just copy and paste the information into this thread for us to see what is in it after you select Flatten and it does not flatten your position.
