Is it possible to access the time and sales window data in a spreadsheet, specifically when orders are "below bid" or "above ask"?

Not using the internal tools for Sierra Chart. You could program this, as the Time and Sales data is available through ACSIL. Refer to the following:

You could add one of the Time and Sales studies, but since their outputs are not aligned with chart bars, only the current T&S value in row 3 is useful.
