Hello, nearly all my default charts in any chartbook I have is F.US.EPM21 or F.US.ENQM21. I have a Denali feed from SC, but just over the course of this week, any closed chart books I open, default to the forex symbol above. I don't trade forex, and I have not changed a thing my end for this error to happen. Please let me know if you need further information, and it would be good to know if others are experiencing the same problem.

If you open a chartbook and change the symbol back to what it should be in the charts, and then save the chartbook and then reopen it, does the symbol change back to USDNOK?

We cannot see why that would occur. However, we do know it relates to automatic symbol translation.

Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings:
Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings

And uncheck this option:
Global Symbol Settings: Use Custom Symbol Settings Values (Global Settings >> Symbol Settings)

If I deselect "Use Custom Symbol Settings Values" as you have instructed, I would lose some of the custom session time and commission settings for a symbol, would I not? I have only made minor changes for ES and NQ. Could you please confirm? I need those session times to remain in place.

The odd thing is that my son does not have this issue and he is running the exact same version of SC I have, while also using custom symbol settings.

As I said, this makes no sense to me, as the error has appeared just last week. I have made no changes to symbol settings and this instance of SC has been rock solid.

This issue makes no sense.
