Customer is running 64bit W7 on a Mac using Parallels and .NET 4.5.1 is present. InfinityAT launches fine, but AT Charts will not launch automatically with it. AT Charts is installed in the proper directory and when I launch the executable from there as a test, I can see the program attemting to launch and then it stops. The only firewall is Windows Firewall which I allowed the executable through. Any idea why it will not launch?

Install the non-CLR version of Sierra Chart into the same folder where Sierra Chart is currently installed to:
https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/SierraChartSetupNoCLR.exe

Let us know if that resolves the problem.

We suspect that the TransactToSierraBridge.exe program may not be running. Try connecting again with File >> Connect to Data Feed. At the time you see this appear in the Message Log:

TransAct - Starting server: C:\SierraChart\SierraChartTransActMA\Transact\TransactToSierraBridge.exe

Do you then notice the small TransAct icon appear on the Taskbar?

When I do that, it goes through the connection cycle, and I can see from the system tray and task manager that the bridge is not running.

The bridge program probably has a small dependency on CLR/.NET. And for some reason a .NET program is not running on their system. We are not sure why and this is not something we really can help with. From our perspective .NET is not good and that is why we are removing support for it. One reason is problems like this.

Have you tried installing again .NET 4.5.1 ?

Definitely is an issue with his installation of Windows.
