I ran the report several times on the Trade Activity log "Trades" tab and "Statistics" and it is showing that there were short trades for today 4/13 (entered today and exited today). I did not make any short trades, all of them should be long. Can you please check on that? Thank you for your help.

This most likely is because the starting Date-Time is not correct. Refer to:
Trade Activity Log: Understanding and Setting the Start Date-Time for a Trades List

Otherwise there could be a missing fill. In this case refer to:

I ran the report for the day off, and it is still showing short when I am only doing long. Specific symbol for this is MNQ. Its not missing fill from what I see, it just not coding it correctly. Should be long trades.

I figured it out, I was running the TradeActivity Log on Instance #2 for the day and it showed all short trade for the day when it was all long. Then I ran it from the main Sierra dekstop - it gave the correct statistics for the day.

Still the information we gave in post #3 would be applicable to a sub instance. The data should show there correctly as well.
