Morning Sierra Chart support.

I would like to warmly recommend to 2 fixes to as many features that are currently 'broken'

1) Invert Prices (y-axis) - prints wrong candles when inverted (not always but very often - easily reproducible)
I use both "Invert Prices" and "Historical/Real-time multiplier" set to -1. Both solutions print wrong candles.
If you decide to put your hands on that it would be very handy to add a keyboard shortcut to invert prices and revert them back quickly.

2) Snap to prices even when set with "high sensitivity" has way too low sensitivity.
That should be a very easy fix.

Thank you

1. This is definitely not true at all. The values are correct and have high and low values adjusted to ensure they extend to the open and close if needed.

2. What we can do with this is make the percentage adjustable rather than having three choices.

1) PRICE INVERSION
The attached proves that the "Invert Prices" does not work.

Similar problems can be found when using the Historical and Real Time multipliers set to "-1"

Please if you decide to fix it >>> also add a keyboard shortcut for Inverting y-scale and reverting it back. Thank you!

2) SNAP TO PRICE SENSITIVITY.
Yours snap works very poorly when the tick size is small compared to the average bar size.
In that case I need to zoom the bar to make it huge to verify tool has snapped to OHLC.
You need to make the sensitivity proportional to the average bar size as measured in ticks.
A good snap to price can be found in TradingView.

all the best

1. There is definitively no issue since an actual Invert calculation is used:
Chart Settings: Invert Prices (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol Settings menu)

2. In the next release there will be an adjustable percentage.

Thank you Sir.

I understand the implications of inverting prices by the formula ( p' = 1/p ) and I can see why you don't want to support that.

Let me try to suggest this:

1) inverting y-scale by applying the transformation ( p' = -p ) is easier.
2) Sierra Chart already provides this facility by the allowing users to set Historical and Realtime price multiplier to -1.

However:
1) when multiplying by -1 sometimes the last candle does not print well (misses the tail)
2) it would really be nice for your platform if price inversion could be flipped back and forth with a hot key.

regards

I secoind the Invert Hotkey request - would be exremely helpful PLUS also very helpful if it did it without having to adjust the price scale allowing for quick flip back/forth in the middle of trading.
