Can not adjust the Date Range in the Chart settings for my Assets (futures) It only shows the current day. When i try to change the "FROM" date and hit Apply it changes it right back. I deleted all the stuff in the data folder, no fix then I even uninstalled the application and reinstalled and it still didn't fix. Currently I am only able to see 1 Day activity and not even 1 complete day. Its not pulling any data from history. like 1 month back (or even 1 day)etc.. I have attached screenshots. Please help me figure out how to adjust this. I cant use anything chart wise, profile ETC.

Thanks
Ryan

P.S. Strangely when i connect with Sierra Denali IM getting More data than when i use CQG (6 weeks vs current day), but i dont get more than a few weeks and i still cant change the Date Range. I am using CQG data at the current moment due to the account i am trading actively at this time - (even know it shows do have Sierra Denali Im not currently trading that account that is hooked to that data)

Have you tried deleting that chart/chart book and creating a new one?

I have not deleted the Chart / Chart Book- Its so much intricate work that i dont think ill be able to recreate it. Not only that but I have the same setup on a separate computer at Work and I'm not experiencing these problems.. So I'm not sure what the deal is. Ill be sure to post this there.. thanks
