Hi John,

About Live Trading. I am looking for possibility to call SC immediately. I have experienced two problems with "right away calls". One case was button "FLATTEN" on my computer stops WORKING PROPERLY. Another one lightning killed my computer. In both cases I was on live trading. I had called immediately to live trading service and they flatten my live trade. So I go to HELP>>live trading and found a lot of interesting but nothing about "right away calls". SC possibilities requires "pay per call" but in case of emergency call it takes a lot of time.

When you have an immediate trading issue, you need to call your broker. They can take care of your trading issues if there is a problem with Sierra Chart not doing what you expect.

In terms of the Flatten button not working, can you give us more information on what occurred? Do you have any information in your Trade Service Log that may show what occurred.

Also, refer to the following, which often is the reason for a Flatten not to cancel the position:
Global Trade Settings Windows: Hold Market Order Until Pending Cancel Orders Are Confirmed (Global Settings >> General Trade Settings >> General)

As far I remember it was mechanical problem . Unfortunately I do not keep that Trade Service Log. It was couple years ago but I do not remember when.
